Harvey Gilbert, CRE, MAI

Harvey J. Gilbert, MAI has over thirty years of real estate experience in appraisal and valuation consulting, master planned community development, brokerage and leasing. He has held regional management positions in a national real estate firm, the real estate consulting practice of a big-six accounting firm, and the land development subsidiary of a Fortune 100 forest products company. Over the last fifteen years, Harvey has managed the development and sale of planned unit developments with over 350 million dollars in sales volume in Coastal Georgia and South Carolina. Harvey earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, holds an MAI designation as a Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser in Georgia and South Carolina. He is Past President of the Savannah/Hilton Head Commercial Board of Realtors and the Savannah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is extensively involved in the community service arena.

Stephen Ezelle, SIOR, CCIM

Stephen D. Ezelle, SIOR, CCIM earned a B.S. degree in Real Estate from The University of South Carolina and joined Gilbert Realty Company in 2003. Stephen specializes in the Savannah Industrial Market and Land sales throughout Coastal Georgia. Stephen earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation in 2007 and the SIOR Designation as an Industrial Specialist in 2017.  He is a licensed sales associate in Georgia and South Carolina as well as a Georgia State Registered Appraiser and Past President of the Savannah – Hilton Head Realtors Commercial Alliance.

John Gilbert, CCIM

John Gilbert, CCIM graduated with honors from Tulane University in 2009 earning a B.A. in History and Philosophy. After graduation, John joined RE/MAX Commercial Brokers, a full service, top-5 commercial real estate firm in New Orleans where he specialized in retail and office sales and leasing as well as investment sales. During his young career, John has represented multiple Fortune 500 Companies and handled a wide array of real estate transactions in addition to underwriting and evaluating commercial investment opportunities on behalf of clients. Joining Gilbert & Ezelle as a Partner in April of 2013, John continues to execute a broad range of commercial real estate and brokerage assignments with and emphases in office, retail and investment properties to include financial analysis.
